So when i run game i have 63fps no matter what options in game i have. VSYNC OFF in game,nvidia panel all default. To make 95 fps+ i just minimalize game and i must run some internet browser like firefox or real temp. I back to game and from 63fps cap i am getting normal fps.

I am way above the system … WebDec 2, 2013 · I'm assuming you have your monitor in a 50hz setting, you should look at the settings for your monitor refresh rate and see if you can increase it. Right click desktop > screen resolution > advanced settings > Monitor > Screen refresh rate. I have a 60 Hz monitor. BenQ GL2750. I get 60 FPS in all other games. but not Crysis 2.

I had similar problems when playing Crysis 1 & 2 recently but was able press ALT and RETURN to bring this up to 60 FPS albeit for Crysis 2 I had play it windowed mode. You can solve this and also solve the ram issue the game haded easy. 1: Open your NVIDIA control panel. 2: Switch from global options/propertys to programm options/propertys 3: Add the Crysis/Warhead exe from the Bin64 folder.
WebNov 29, 2024 · Such a low fps is because of a CPU bottleneck. Even on only High settings and with my latest PC, I still saw drops to 30s in some levels. The game is running on very outdated software and is very CPU bound. Nothing you can do about that. Maybe in 30 years, if you can still run this game on the latest CPU, you will get 144 fps.

Presumably it's picking the first option in a list when many refresh rates are supported for a resolution. Now if I start in windowed mode, and alt-enter on launch, it switches to 60Hz.
