WebNov 3, 2016 · The way I managed to change cache so that website content looked differently on my end, is to go back to Firefox 28.0. However there can be security concerns, yet since Firefox is open source software, you can also download original code and modify the browser, compile it by yourself. WebNote that a cache is a place to put stuff that Firefox downloads from a website and keeps in case that same code comes up again, it won't have to re-download the whole thing. So this didn't come from Firefox and it's still sandboxed by the browser-website model.
