Even if you upgrade both to +25 and consider the bastard sword has an A scaling in strength the banished knight Greatsword still does slightly more damage and for some reason has a higher guard boost.

WebLosing the bleed is a good trade off for the huge overall damage this thing can do, not to mention the fact that it swings the fastest out of all the colossal swords, with the swing speed being comparable to that of a curved greatsword, so your dps isn’t hindered when switching from the bloodhound fang to this.
