WebIn PvE, Moonveil is better as its scaling is better with int, than rivers if blood is with arcane. Moonveil deals a ton of damage with one slash, where as Rivers of blood you need to do it’s full attack to get use out of it. The problem is you can’t most of the time because most enemies will just hit you through it and end the attack. WebEveryone is talking only about Dual Uchigatanas or Rivers of Blood, forgetting that curved swords have greater Attack speed in Dual than katanas. My Scavenger's Curved Swords have 87 Bleed Build Up while Uchigatanas have 88, in this case speed attack wins, and as for the jump/sprint attack, this 4 hits are OP, in PVP hit it and you win just like that.
