However, I could file a claim with the travel insurance company (Aon Affinity) to TRY to get a refund less the insurance fee.

Plane trip was cancelled ( not their fault) and the airline had no way to get us to our tours for days. Trip was cancelled and we are still waiting almost 3 months to see if we are getting a refund.
